ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Bachata Denver is creating a welcoming social atmosphere, where dedicated dancers can learn and grow together. We are committed to cultivating a safe environment for all potential attendees and we operate with a Zero Tolerance Policy.
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for any of the following behaviors:
- Bullying
- Mistreatment of anyone in any way due to race, ethnicity, financial status, gender, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability
- Physical Abuse
- Sexual Abuse
- Sexual Misconduct
- Other misconduct not listed will also be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Bachata Denver’s Zero Tolerance Policy is applicable to all students, instructors, and guests at all of our public and private events including but not limited to classes, private lessons, socials, special events, and appearances.
Engagement in any form of the above behaviors will result in denial of participation in any way.
We appreciate everyone’s continued commitment to maintaining a safe place for our artists and attendees.

Refund Policy
Before Making a Purchase, Please Double Check.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that your purchasing experience with us is as smooth as possible. Therefore, we kindly request that you take a moment to double-check your purchase before finalizing it.
We appreciate your understanding and support of our refund policy, which states that all sales are final and non- refundable. This policy is in place to ensure clarity and fairness for all of our customers and to maintain the integrity of our business operations.
Exceptions to this policy are only made in cases of proven product defects or service non-performance, as stipulated by applicable consumer protection laws. Private Lessons Policy
All sales for private lessons are final.
Packages must be used within the following time frames:
- 1-hour lesson: Must be scheduled within 1 month of purchase.
- 3-hour package: Must be completed within 2 months of purchase.
- 5-hour package: Must be completed within 3 months of purchase.
- 10-hour package: Must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
Rescheduling a private lesson requires at least 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting the session. Exceptions, such as transferring or sharing hours, may be granted at our discretion and are subject to a transfer fee.
